Hurts so good!

I didn't realize that I had missed that feeling...waking up in the morning and laying there thinking...ahhh what hurts this morning? Yep abs feel a little sore I can tell I did ab work...arms? yep new strength training is working.... I enjoy feeling like I've used my muscles...not over used, just worked them enough to have them give me a gentle shout out in the morning before I get moving...

I hope I'm not the only one now singing. Hurts so good...come on baby make it hurt so good.....

I have GOT to get back to strength & core workouts. I miss that perfect soreness feeling! Good on you for getting it all in the schedule!
