My work, of course, has the video blocked (bastards), so I'll have to come back and see what it is when I am home.
I agree with Jill. You've had a few tough months with everything going on in your personal life. Stress makes it hard to get motivated! But you'll get it back, hang tough Julie!
I always get a little motivated by going back and reading inspirational posts from my fave bloggers. Or going to a race website and scouring any and all information about the race and looking at all of the pictures of the people who ran it. We all have our ways, hopefully you will find something that motivates you!
Positive thinking isn’t about expecting the best thing to happen every time, it’s about accepting that whatever happens is good for this moment, and then making the best of it. So stay positive, and hold on to what’s truly important. Let your worries go. No matter how you look at it, some outcomes just don’t make sense right away. Choosing to carry on with your goals through this uncertainty is what matters.

It will come back, Julie!! For now maybe just focus on having fun with friends being active. Don't put any pressure on yourself.

When is your next race? That seems to motivate me
Tough times really do drain us. I have been there. But I know you will find your mojo!
You'll find it! Motivation always seems to ebb and flow...but your history shows it'll come back!
